Dean and Linda Manternach have been married for 15 years. They live in Dubuque with their four children, Thea, Sophia, Grace and Micah. Linda is Director of Stewardship for the Archdiocese of Dubuque. She has a Masters degree in Pastoral Family Studies from the College of Mt. St. Joseph in Cincinnati and has held various parish positions. She is former director of the Family Life Office for the Archdiocese of Boston. Dean is currently an assistant professor of Religious Studies at Clarke College in Dubuque. He grew up near Cascade, Iowa, and earned a Masters Degree in Theology from Catholic University in Washington, D.C., and a Doctorate in Religious Education from Boston College.
