Description of the Workshop
This four-part workshop, based on the book by Ernie Larsen,
provides a new strategy for identifying and addressing the
resentment and rage which keep us from moving toward
forgiveness. It is designed for single adults and others
who want to reclaim the power that anger has over their lives
and move toward a new serenity.
Participants who wish may purchase

personal, social, emotional and spiritual effects of anger and
resentment;
• to be treated with respect and understanding at all times;
• to be encouraged and supported, not criticized or judged;
• to trust that your opinions, insights, convictions and experiences
will always
be treated with reverence and confidentiality;

individuals in physical or legal jeopardy.
